Fairly clean hotel, mostly very friendly team members especially the manager who was fair when we had an issue with the room which meant a lot on a short stay. Particularly good setting, just next door to the city walls, the Tenby cliffs, and tiered gardens overlooking the sea.

It was an imperial building, the rooms were good-sized and stylish with a bath. The venue was in a central location close to a magnificent beach and Caldey Island and the restaurant there. Also, Tenby Castle was in walking distance. We had an outstanding meal at the beach restaurant.
